Meet Owner Mike Sircy
Mike Sircy was born and raised in Missouri, where he began working in the construction industry during his high school and college years. After performing various duties, Mike began to serve as an apprentice plumber. After becoming a licensed plumber, Mike attended Southeast Missouri State University from 1981 to 1986, where he majored in Business Management and minored in Accounting.
From 1986 to 1990, Mike worked for American Food Management as a food service director, serving various colleges and universities throughout the United States. He owned and operated a successful fire and water damage company in Missouri from 1990 to 1999 and earned numerous certificates related to repairs and renovations. He went on to earn his designation as a Certified Restorer.
Then, during the years of 1999 to 2001, Mike worked for Home Depot in Atlanta, Georgia, where he organized and implemented the Insurance Replacement Program for installed sales, focusing on the Southeast Division. Finally, in 2001, Mike formed All American Construction, Inc. in the metro Atlanta area as principal and operating officer.
