Learn About Our Design and Build Process
Commissioning remodeling or renovation work is a significant decision, no matter the size of your project. Understanding your options can be challenging. Thankfully, the contractors at All American Construction are always available to sit down with you and your family or employees and answer your questions.
Familiarizing yourself with our design and build process can help you secure the peace of mind you need to focus on more important matters as we finish your project, such as work, school, or your family. Let us know if you have any concerns about your order – we’re happy to explain the details.
It Starts with a Phone Call: Give our contractors a call to schedule a consultation, either in person or over the phone.
Gathering Information: In order to better serve you and your family or employees, we’ll ask a few questions about your property and your preferences.
Scheduling Your Consultation: During your consultation, you and a knowledgeable contractor will discuss possible designs, create a rough estimate, and set expectations for the final project.
Drop By for an Onsite Meeting: Assuring you of our capabilities and expertise is one of our top priorities. That’s why we furnish you with a list of our credentials during your final project evaluation.
Review Our Ideas: If you’ve brought your own drawings, you can skip on ahead to the “choosing your contractor” step. However, if you don’t have any construction drawings, our team will work with you to create them during a design consultation.
Bring Along Your Drawings: Be sure to let our contractors know if you want us to work from a particular drawing you’ve chosen.
Choosing Your Contractor: Once you’ve approved a budget and a design, it’s time to choose your contractor and sign a contract detailing the work to be completed.
Obtaining Permits: If needed to move forward, our contractors will obtain any essential permits from your municipality.
Pre-Construction Meeting: You and our contractors will meet at your home, business, or other location for one final meeting. Then, we’ll begin working on your project.
Weekly Updates: Rest easy knowing our contractors strive to keep you updated on our progress. You’ll receive weekly updates detailing what we’ve done thus far.
Completion: After finishing your project, our contractors will provide you with a certificate of occupancy.
